Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify information across internal systems and spreadsheets
• Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Resolve routine discrepancies and escalate unclear records to the appropriate team
• Maintain organized digital files and follow documented data-handling procedures
• Track assigned work and communicate progress or blockers clearly

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, web applications, and common office tools
• Clear written communication and ability to follow documented instructions
