About the role
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining quality-related data, using Minitab or other statistical software tools. This role supports product quality analysis, continuous improvement, and compliance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data related to quality inspections, audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions in internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Use Minitab to generate control charts, capability analyses, Pareto charts, and other statistical reports.
- Organize and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness before reporting.
- Support quality engineers and managers with data collection and analysis.
- Aid in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform periodic audits to ensure data consistency across systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects by providing data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 1+ year of data entry experience, preferably in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Experience with Minitab is a must.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills

- Knowledge of Minitab or similar statistical software.
