Data Entry Associate

About the role

DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organize and manage digital and physical records
• Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Follow data entry procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of databases and data management systems
• Strong communication skills
• Time management and multitasking ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Basic analytical skills
• Some Quickbooks experience preferred

Schedule

Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
