Data Entry Associate
About the role
DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and manage digital and physical records
- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Follow data entry procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of databases and data management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Basic analytical skills
- Some Quickbooks experience preferred
Schedule
Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
