Data Entry/Accountant

Duties And Responsibilities

• Full accounting cycle for multiple types of properties
• Aid Accountanting firms, banks, and other financial professionals with producing and finalizing multiple monthly financial documents
• Communicate with Vendors, Residents, and Managers on a daily basis
• Work in a professional and interactive corporate office

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Desire to learn new skills
• Good computer skills with a knowledge of accepted bookkeeping and spreadsheet practices
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
• Manages a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
• Dependable
• Knowledge of Property Management Programs is desired but not required
