Responsibilities
- 35% Data Analysis (SEO, customer behavior, growth insights)
- 25% Data Engineering (data pipelines, large-scale processing)
- 25% AI/ML Support (feature analysis, experimentation, model inputs)
- 15% Dashboarding & Reporting
- 60% Hands On

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within a large-scale, consumer-facing digital business (eCommerce preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PySpark for large-scale data analysis
- Experience analyzing customer acquisition, SEO performance, and conversion funnels
- Experience supporting data-driven decision-making in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with SEO tools such as seoClarity, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar big data platforms
- Exposure to machine learning concepts (recommendation systems, ranking models)
- Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
- Knowledge of eCommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, LTV, cart abandonment)
- Experience working with product, engineering, or data science teams
