Data Engineer(BI Reporting)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality projects within the defined constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate team meetings, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize features and resolve dependencies.
• Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and the SAFe framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of product management principles and practices.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards successful project outcomes.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, and cost management.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integration.
• Solid experience in Oracle PL/SQL, including complex queries, procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with at least one enterprise reporting or BI tool.
• Prominent leadership skills with experience leading teams and owning project delivery.
• Strong customer interaction and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving governance forums and executive-level status reviews.
• Exposure to Generative AI, including use cases, tools, or solution implementation, is highly desirable.
