About The Role

Data Engineer is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines that support enterprise product, platform, and analytics environments.
• Support reliable movement of enterprise data with quality, observability, and governance awareness.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to improve data readiness for products and decisions.
• Contribute to scalable data platform execution with secure integration logic and maintainability.
• Help improve platform maturity across ingestion, transformation, and operational reporting layers.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL systems, or analytics platform delivery.
• Strong knowledge of scalable data movement, transformation logic, and engineering discipline.
• Experience with structured enterprise data systems and production-aware delivery models.
• Ability to work inside cross-functional enterprise teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytics systems, cloud data services, or enterprise reporting platforms.
• Exposure to ML-ready or AI-ready data pipelines.
• Understanding of performance optimization and data platform observability.

Pay

Salary Range: $115K – $145K + bonus + benefits
