Data Engineer

Richardson, TX (4 days onsite) | Up to $175,000 Base + Bonus

We're partnering with a well-established, financially strong organization undergoing a major enterprise data transformation. Backed by executive leadership, this is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a greenfield data platform initiative and help shape the future state of data, analytics, and AI across the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale modern data pipelines and data models
• Develop ELT processes and data products using cloud-native technologies
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
• Drive data quality, testing automation, and platform best practices
• Contribute to the buildout of an enterprise-wide data platform supporting high-impact business initiatives

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt (required)
• Experience building modern ELT/data modeling solutions in cloud environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Terraform, and modern data engineering practices
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade data solutions

Pay

Up to $175,000 Base + Bonus
