Responsibilities

Experience with ServiceNow data integration and CMDB environments. Strong experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, APIs, and CMDB data structures. Understanding of CSDM and CMDB architecture, including CI relationships. Experience improving CMDB data quality and managing data validation. Experience with IntegrationHub or Flow Designer for ServiceNow integrations. Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms for data integration. Knowledge of data governance, including validation rules and access control.
