Data Conversion Lead

Technical/Functional Skills

• 10–15+ years overall experience in ERP data migration / data conversion
• Proven experience in at least one or more Oracle Fusion implementations
• Strong exposure to legacy ERP systems:Oracle EBS / JD Edwards / Viewpoint or similar
• Hands-on experience with:FBDI / HDL / ADFDI data loads
• Data migration / ETL tools (ODI, OIC, SQL-based tools)
• Strong understanding of domain data models:Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
• Projects / Job costing
• Experience in reconciliation, data validation, and audit compliance

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with multi-ERP consolidation programs
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data services
• Experience in construction / engineering / EPC industry
• Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and data quality focus
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage large-scale, complex data programs
• Leadership and cross-functional coordination

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000- $140,000 a year
