What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate data collection schedules and activities across workflows and locations
- Monitor equipment health and performance, and be a point of contact between the data collection/engineering/technician teams
- Review/Approve operator timecards/expense reports/travel requests and schedule shifts for Data Collection Operators
- Monitor data collection metrics and use them to inform operator performance management
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies
- Recommend and implement process improvements or new tools to enhance data collection efficiency
