Data Collection Operator

About the role

As a data collection operator, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the data collection process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established protocols. This role involves supervising data collection activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring data entry procedures. Attention to detail is paramount as you'll be responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of collected data. The Intake Coordinator is expected to maintain production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise data collection activities
• Monitor data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate effectively and provide guidance and support to data collection users
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Monitor and report on the progress of data collection activities
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent English
• 1 year of Data Collection and Customer Service experience
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Pay

This role offers an expected compensation range of $17/hr to $18/hr, with a yearly salary of $37K. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, with various shift times starting as early as 7:30am EST and ending as late as 8:30pm EST.
