Responsibilities

• Overall site administration (PO enters, timesheets, etc.) while reporting to the Site Supervisor
• Assists in the administration of receiving of truck loads / checking in drivers
• Records amounts of materials or items received via appropriate computer program
• Assist site supervisor with general office administration
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High communication skills both written and oral
• Strong focus on customer service (when dealing with both internal and external customers)
• Organizational skills
• Mathematical skills
• Adaptable to new computer systems
• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Safety shoes are required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
