The role focuses on energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, and related energy matters, advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users on digital infrastructure, co‑located generation, and large‑scale energy procurement. Experience with proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), state public utility commissions, and appellate courts is preferred.

Requirements
- 3‑6+ years of significant law firm experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, or related energy matters.
- Experience advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users.
- Experience in digital infrastructure, co‑located generation, or large‑scale energy procurement.
- Experience with regulatory proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), state public utility commissions, and appellate courts preferred but not required.
- Proactive with strong business sense and ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
- Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters orally and in writing, with a commitment to excellent client service.
