Responsibilities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade and decommission server, storage and network hardware.
- Support infrastructure reliability, incident prevention, process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Perform equipment installations, diagnostics, component replacement, asset management, and documentation maintenance.
- Provide troubleshooting across hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of server, storage and networking hardware.
- Knowledge of operating systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts.
- Structured troubleshooting methodology.
- Data center experience preferred.
- Technical certifications preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
