Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained in a safe manner, to best industry practice and within manufacturers recommendations
- Monitor power and environmental conditions within all critical spaces within the facility
- Perform assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with SF practices utilizing the internal CMMS
- Assist with planning and scheduling corrective maintenance activities
- Escort and support outside contractors, ensuring they are abiding SF work rules and processes
- Respond to site incidents, execute appropriate MOP/EOP documentation to resolve and/or mitigate issues and communicate to manage throughout event
- Support and follow all SF Change Control policies and procedures
- Perform site rounds and report any issues found to site management
- Participate in construction and commissioning activities as directed by site management
- Adhere to all local, state and federal safety laws and requirements
- Complete other duties as assigned by the management team
- Participate in and support MOP/SOP/EOP documentation process for site
- Participate in and support the development of site policies and standards
- Work with site team members to deliver 100% uptime of critical infrastructure
Required Skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent AND 2+ years experience working in a Data Center with proven success in delivering customer requirements in a critical technology environment
- Evidence of self-management and alignment with ever-changing priorities
- Good written and oral communication skills, tenacity, and working to a high level of accuracy
