Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, maintain, and repair advanced ASIC and GPU servers.
  • Monitor and service servers using dedicated software tools.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and technical issues as part of a team.
  • Move and install ASIC servers and related equipment manually.
  • Receive deliveries and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor equipment stock levels.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the facility.
  • Support mining management systems and dashboard applications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience troubleshooting or working with computer/server hardware.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems and networking protocols.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge of networking and IT systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently, responsibly, and independently.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic computer applications.

Pay

$22.50 per hour

About the Role

Kelly is seeking a Data Center Technician to support day-to-day operations at a state-of-the-art data center facility in Grand Forks, ND. In this long-term temporary role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing and maintaining advanced ASIC mining hardware, network infrastructure, and power delivery systems. This hands-on position combines technical troubleshooting, teamwork, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment—offering a valuable opportunity to gain experience in data center and IT hardware operations.
