Data Center Technician
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch team for our new Stafford, VA site! You'll be based primarily in Stafford as we scale operations. During the initial phase, which could be several months, travel to Fredericksburg, Louisa, and Manassas may be required to support operational needs and training while the Stafford sites ramp up to full capacity. All candidates must be available to work any of our day or evening shifts throughout the week.
Responsibilities
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
- Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
- Some regional travel may be required
Requirements
- 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
Qualifications
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
Skills
Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
