About the role
As a Data Center Technician, you are a primary resolver for your support team, skilled at troubleshooting one or more operating systems. You troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues, escalating to appropriate resolver groups when necessary. You create and maintain documentation on technologies you support and convey standard operating procedures to junior staff. You understand all aspects of the equipment you support and innovate while also taking direction when given. You execute small projects independently and assist in planning and executing larger local projects. You act as an escalation point for junior technicians.
Position may include rotating shifts (3, 4, or 5 day/night work weeks) and may change based on business needs. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. This position will fill an opening at one of multiple separate sites.
This position requires the candidate be a US citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+ certification
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of hardware platforms
- 1+ years of computer networking experience, or experience in computer networking
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or experience in professional or military IT-related roles

Pay
Starting pay: $33.00 - $58.00 USD hourly (final pay based on experience, qualifications, and location)
