Importantly, the rights you receive under the law may vary, depending on both the request and the requestor. CCPA Rights

• The right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information.
• The right to access the personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months.
• The right to be free from discrimination if you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Circet USA collects personal information from its applicants and employees during the hiring process. Collected information includes:

• Identifiers,
• Personal Information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)),
• Professional or employment-related information, and
• Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law.

Circet USA obtains the categories of personal information listed directly from its applicants and employees and their agents. For example, from documents and online forms completed throughout the hiring process.

Use of Collected Information

Circet USA may use the collected information for various employment-related functions including, but not limited to:

• Benefits,
• 401k retirement plans,
• Payroll,
• Life insurance,
• KGPCo/Circet USA’s security alerts system, and
• Customer building and security access, where applicable.

The information provided by you to Circet USA through this iCIMS platform shall be used for the purpose of assessing a potential employment relationship. Your acceptance indicates your consent to this information use for a period of 4 years, which renews each time you access the Circet iCIMS portal. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through your profile.
