Responsibilities

• Oversee daily structural construction activities for data center projects.
• Coordinate site work to align structural installation with project plans and schedules.
• Review completed structural work to confirm it meets project specifications.
• Work with project teams to plan sequencing for structural construction activities.
• Track site progress and communicate updates on structural work.
• Coordinate subcontractor activity on structural scopes of work.
• Identify site issues that affect structural work and work with the project team to address them.
• Maintain clear records of daily structural construction activity.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing structural construction work.
• Experience coordinating daily activities on active construction sites.
• Experience working with project plans, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors across structural work scopes.
• Ability to review structural work and identify site issues.
• Experience tracking construction progress and maintaining daily site records.
