Data Center Solutions Engineer

The Role Collaborate with account teams to assess customer data center environments and identify technology opportunities. Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners. Provide product training and technical education to sales teams and customers. Manage the solution practice pipeline, developing strategies for prospects and acquiring new business. Act as a trusted IT advisor for customers, engaging with CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs. What You'll Need 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly with complex data center sales opportunities. Strong ability to design data center infrastructures including hybrid cloud, hyper-converged, and SDDC. Expertise in virtualization technologies, hypervisors, and containerization. Ability to effectively communicate and sell complex technical products, articulating value propositions. Strong knowledge of mainstream technologies such as Dell, NetApp, HPE, Cisco, Pure Storage, Azure, AWS, Veeam, Nutanix. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
