About the role

The Data Center Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of data center facilities located in various remote locations across the United States. The position also includes managing a team of technicians and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of data center facilities
• Manage a team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve data center efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center management or a similar field
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of IT professionals
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including cooling, power distribution, and network management
• Experience with data center certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
