  • Prepare quality reports and update dashboards for management review.
  • Conduct daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and toolbox talks, ensuring site safety plans are implemented and followed.
  • Perform routine safety walks to verify compliance with OSHA regulations, client safety policies, and company procedures.

  • Maintain training matrices and ensure all certifications remain current.
  • Deliver refresher training on company processes, QA/QC standards, and safety practices.
  • Support leadership in promoting a “zero-harm” safety mindset and a culture of quality execution.

  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards, quality control practices, and construction processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to engage supervisors, technicians, and client representatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn internal QA and safety platforms.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • BICSI Installer I/II or equivalent low-voltage experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Fluke or Viavi test equipment and documentation.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Prior experience coordinating training programs or managing certification records.
