Data Center Project Manager - Holly Ridge LA

Exempt Salary position based upon experience & skill level
Hire Options: Either Contract with possible contract extension or hire (fixed weekly salary broken down hourly for invoicing purposes only) - $37-62.00/HR
Direct Hire (must be open to between 15-5-% travel throughout the U.S.): Up to 130K/YR
Location: Fully Onsite - Client site in Holly Ridge, LA
Expected interview schedule: 1st - Technical Recruiter, 2nd - Director of Data Center Operations, 3rd - HR Business Leader
Current project estimated for 3 years

Requirements

• 3-5 years of telecom construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.
• Knowledge of low voltage/fiber, cable management.
• Cost forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare and lead presentations and briefings.
• Safety enforcement, Quality Control and change management.
• Monitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures.
• Affiliate with leading 100+ resources (technicians, project admin, safety personnel, and construction manager).
• Prior experience managing large data center or structured cabling construction projects highly preferred.
• Experience across multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, design, build, fixed price, etc.).

Preferred Certifications

• OSHA 30 (if they don't have it will need to be obtained within 60 days of starting)
• BICSI RCD
• BICSI RTP
• MI PMP
• PMI PMP
