Sr. Project Manager Construction - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interdisciplinary project teams and meetings
• Develop and oversee capital budgets and schedules
• Oversee commissioning and testing of mechanical, electrical, and IT systems
• Conduct audits for compliance with design documentation and codes
• Ensure safety and project delivery within aggressive timelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center construction and client-facing roles
• In-depth knowledge of critical infrastructure design and operations
• Proficiency in real estate budgeting and contract management
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, advanced degree preferred

• $123,500 – $164,700 annually
