Data Center Project Manager - Hermiston, OR

Responsibilities

• Manage installations from start to finish with the Data Center team.
• Work closely with the General Manager and senior management team.
• Coordinate necessary change orders with customers, technicians, and senior management team.
• Ensure all installations stay within budget.
• Complete all installations, including reviewing initial quotes, scheduling installs, and providing wrap-up folders to customers.
• Perform quality assurance visits to customer sites where installations are being performed.
• Support the installation team as needed during these visits.
• Update all communications with customers when installation timing changes and maintain internal calendar and communications accordingly.
• Provide weekly schedule and reports on all installations and services to the General Manager, CFO, and President.
• Aid in interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for employment.
• Review over/under billing and WIP reports weekly and inquire with service dispatch on calls that have significant costs remaining unbilled.
• Print job probability detail sheets weekly and compare with warehouse inventory.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of proven Technology Project Management experience, or equivalent experience working in security and technology.
• Two to three years project managing complex multiple programs/projects.
• Excellent oral, written, and active listening communication skills.
• Experience managing projects with distributed teams located in multiple time zones.
• Ability to understand technical systems documentation and interact with systems resources.

Pay

$90K - $110K year + quarterly bonus
