About the Role
The Data Center Project Manager is responsible for providing technical knowledge and comprehensive management to execute Power Systems sales orders according to project specifications, aiming to achieve maximum gross profit and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical knowledge and comprehensive management for Power Systems sales orders
- Achieve maximum gross profit while promoting high customer satisfaction
- Manage project execution according to project specifications
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and regulatory codes
- Use associated software and operating systems for project management
- Communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, engineers, vendors, utility companies, end-users, etc.
- Maintain a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of BAS/BMS communication, protective relaying, breaker design and functionality, Modbus/Ethernet communication, generator paralleling, diesel engine operating requirements/room design, fuel and cooling systems, emissions regulations and testing, applicable electrical and regulatory codes
- Functional competency on all associated software and operating systems, including Word, Excel, EBMS, Sales Force, DBS, Cat PowerNet, SIS-WEB, PSQ, Lotus Notes, EOMP, AutoCAD, and Adobe Standard
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task, maintain organization, and detail
- Experience in conflict resolution with various stakeholders
- Able to travel and work flexible hours
- Excellent driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree in related field preferred

Compensation
Competitive compensation includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, along with performance-based incentive programs, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with a match.
