Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation and commissioning of liquid cooling systems, CDUs, and liquid-cooled servers
- Manage the maintenance and water-testing schedule, results, and remediation actions for water quality at all global installations
- Cook up site readiness, logistics, and deployment sequencing
- Provide technical oversight across power, HVAC, and thermal systems
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and operational handoff
- Deploy and commission secondary cooling infrastructure, including DLC manifolds, heat exchangers, pumps, and piping systems
- Install and configure cooling system components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform system checks, pressure testing, and leak detection to ensure operational readiness
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks such as filter changes, flow validation, and sensor calibration
- Document installation procedures, test results, and maintenance activities
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial cooling systems, HVAC, or data center infrastructure deployment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments or hyperscale data center
- Customer support background with exposure to technical infrastructure drawings
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and remote monitoring tools
- Familiarity with chilled water systems, DLC, or other liquid-based cooling technologies
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, PIDs, and installation schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in data center environments
- OSHA 10/30 or similar safety certification (plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
