Responsibilities
- Monitor critical equipment operations 24/7
- Operate, repair, install, and maintain critical operating systems, including complex electrical, HVAC, and central plant equipment
- Oversee the operation, repair, and maintenance of AHU units, VAV boxes, CRAH units, exhaust systems, electric motors, air compressors, commercial refrigeration equipment, and ice machines
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years HVAC/Electrical or related experience
- This position requires appropriate licenses and certifications as required by the state or municipality
- This position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- This position requires compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies
Preferred Skills
- Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance processes
- Raised floor and/or mission-critical systems knowledge
- Knowledge of electrical controls/systems/PDU/RPP/STS/UPS/Generators/Paralleling Gear
- Ability to interpret and work from one-lines, schematics, blueprints (structural, architectural, MEP, etc.)
- Demonstrates a high degree of problem-solving and decision-making ability, as well as the ability to remain calm in stressful work situations and take charge during emergencies

Pay
$61,300 - $81,700/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
Schedule
Schedule: This role follows a repeating two-week schedule: Week 1, Wednesday-Sunday, 2:00 PM-12:00 AM; Week 2, Wednesday-Friday, 2:00 PM-12:00 AM.
Must be flexible to cover other shifts as needed.
