Data Center OQ/QA Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with in-house installation teams and subcontractors
• Monitors risks and suggests mitigation strategies
• Fosters a culture of continuous process improvement within the management team
• Provides resources and collaborates on implementing streamlined, compliant processes
• Manages document control and document management systems
• Develops and implements QA plans for various field construction activities
• Conducts quality assurance inspections
• Performs quality audits of on-site construction activities
• Trains field personnel and management on technical information
• Communicates effectively using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Preferably has prior experience in QA/QC and working in the telecommunications industry

Essential Education and Qualifications

• Able to communicate technical information to both field personnel and management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in QA/QC is preferred
• Working experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred

Physical Demands

• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Focus on a computer screen for several hours at a time
