Data Center Network Operations Technician

About the role

Provide onsite technical support in a regional data center ensuring continuous availability. Responsible for troubleshooting, escalations, and resolving incidents. Work involves network infrastructure management and maintaining data center equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain network and server hardware.
• Manage data center logistics and asset management.
• Conduct routine maintenance on data center equipment.
• Provide cable testing and termination services.
• Document and update data center procedures and configurations.

Qualifications

• Intermediate experience in data center or IT operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call rotation.
• Familiarity with network and server hardware components.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
