Data Center MODS Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management for Data Center Diagnostics software with CSPs and OEMs
• Drive alignment on program requirements, scope, and schedules across teams
• Define and track performance indicators for data center diagnostics
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies for timely issue resolution
• Ensure deliverables are prioritized and meet schedule deadlines
• Champion process improvements across Engineering and TPM teams
• Act as primary contact for customer diagnostic deployment issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of program management experience with systems software and hardware
• Strong relationship-building skills across teams and time zones
• Experience managing technical programs and coordinating releases
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$200,000 – $379,500 annually
