Data Center Construction Regional/Program Manager (onsite/remote)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects, updating budgets and schedules
• Communicate status reports for executive reviews monthly
• Develop master project plans with stakeholders and teams
• Handle permitting and entitlement for construction projects
• Ensure project plans meet time, budget, and quality standards
• Write scopes of work and participate in procurement processes
• Evaluate pricing proposals and manage contractor interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in commercial construction practices and project management
• Experience with Lump Sum, Construction Management at Risk, and Design Build project delivery
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to be onsite 50% of the time to monitor progress
