About the role
The Program Manager will oversee the construction of data centers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in data center construction, and familiarity with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of data center construction projects
- Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, team members, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center construction or project management
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of data center design and construction processes
- Understanding of industry certifications such as LEED or ISO 9001
- Experience with project risk management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
