About the role
Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, is seeking a Data Center COE Service Site Manager. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a manufacturing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,500 – $160,800 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead onsite equipment start-up, testing, installation, and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with the company procedures and project commissioning strategy
- Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager for resource and milestone alignment
- Serve as primary onsite contact for the client and site stakeholders
- Plan onsite logistics and coordinate with contractors and project teams
- Implement the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on site
- Oversee subcontractors and resolve onsite issues for compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in electrical field service, start-up, testing, or commissioning with OEM equipment
- Experience in data center construction or mission-critical electrical infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and power distribution systems
- High school diploma required; advanced training in electrical/mechanical fields preferred
- Willingness to travel 80-100% across North America
- Demonstrated leadership ability in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with digital protection systems and IEC 61850 preferred
