Data Center and Enterprise IT Operations Lead

About The Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Data Center and Enterprise IT Operations Lead to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises all personnel engaged in the operation and support of computer systems and peripherals for large-scale operations.
• Supervises and participates in complex operating systems, systems software planning and implementation, and production support activities.
• Interfaces with Contractor and Government personnel, confers with equipment and software vendors, and directs subordinate personnel to take appropriate courses of action.
• Provide security operations or coordinate security operations functions in support of the cybersecurity accreditation – risk management framework (RMF) continuous monitoring process.
• Also responsible for writing, editing, and preparing graphical presentations of technical information.
• Manages and operates a centralized service desk.
• Oversees User Support and Help Desk Specialists resolving request/problem incidents.
• Ensures all tickets are properly resolved as quickly as possible.
• Covers technical support from other administrators and developers as required.
• Makes measurements of the effectiveness of incidents/problems to determine resolution rates and potential system-wide issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in operating computer systems.
• Must have a minimum of three years of supervisory and management experience in 7x24 operational environments.
• Broad experience with virtualized environments, managing SANs/NAS devices, email services, desktop services, and a variety of technologies supporting computing capabilities.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels.
• Security Plus, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), and CISSP certification required.
• ITA III certification preferred.

Clearance Requirements

This position requires the person(s) to be eligible and adjudicated to TS/SCI clearance level at contract start.
