About The Role We are in a significant growth phase and are seeking a Data Business Analyst to support high-impact data, reporting, and analytics initiatives. This is a high-visibility role focused on driving continuous improvement across pharmacy operations, leveraging data to identify trends, improve workflows, and support leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, healthcare data experience, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Responsibilities Analyze clinical, operational, and financial datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) for performance tracking decision-makingMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Ensure data integrity accuracy, and governance across pharmacy systemsTranslate healthcare regulations and reporting requirements into data-driven solutionsPresent insights and recommendations to executive leadership and clinical teamsSupport audits, accreditation, and regulatory reporting requirementsAutomate data processes using Excel, Power Bi, SQL, Python, or RDesign and build reporting solutions that convert data into actionable business insightsCollaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy operations, clinical teams, and leadershipParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Health Informatics, Statistics, Public Health, or related field5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare environmentStrong SQL and advanced Excel skillsExperience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, share point, salesforce etc.)Ability to communicate complex data to clinical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in health informatics, Public Health, or a quantitative field Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards Exposure to value-based care, population health, or risk adjustment analytics Key Skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and performance metrics Excellent communication and presentation abilities High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Data insights directly influence patient care and operational performanceReporting is accurate, timely, and audit-readyDashboards drive meaningful clinical and business decisionsAnalytics contribute to improved efficiency and patient outcomes Benefits: 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance Ability To Commute: Plano, TX 75023 (Required) Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have work experience in Salesforce?
