Data & BI Analyst

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers the flexibility of remote work up to two days per week, with on-site collaboration as needed. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across various departments including Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality Management, and Finance. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and data models that deliver actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, accounting, mathematics, economics, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP, EPM, CRM, HCM, and data warehouse solutions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Cognos, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure data services
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, and data validation logic
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, and measures within Power BI
• Experience creating automated reporting solutions, scheduled refreshes, and gateway configurations
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance, reporting standards, and best practices
• Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse technologies
• Experience working with IT system integrators and supporting enterprise-wide operational reporting
• Preferred: Experience with Deltek Costpoint and other Deltek applications
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence and data analytics
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret datasets and provide actionable insights for diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical dashboard and report solutions
• Partner with IT, external system integrators, and process owners to develop and implement data and business intelligence solutions
• Design, develop, and support dashboards, scorecards, and reports across multiple functions including program management, supply chain, quality, engineering, operations, HR, and finance
• Create and maintain data models, relationships, calculated columns, KPIs, and DAX measures to support enterprise analytics
• Develop automated reporting solutions, manage refresh processes, and configure data gateways
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data validation logic
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, data quality issues, and refresh failures to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to the development of enterprise data governance, reporting standards, and reusable frameworks
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and analytics initiatives with quick turnaround times and high accuracy
• Document business rules, reporting logic, source-to-target mappings, and data definitions
• Support ongoing enterprise analytics modernization and data integration projects in a fast-paced environment
