Data Architect - Onsite

Role Overview Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the overall big data architecture and technical solutions to support healthcare data management and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the data warehousing strategy, including architecture design, implementation, and ongoing support.Participate in strategic planning for data systems and coordinate data models and data marts.Support database administrators and reporting teams, ensuring data integrity and validation.Mentor staff on data warehousing techniques and best practices.Develop and troubleshoot data-related incidents, implementing emergency fixes when necessary.Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.At least 7 years of experience with data warehouses, large datasets, and database management, including 5 years in healthcare IT support.Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data modeling; experience with Epic Clarity is desirable.Certifications such as MCSE or OCP are preferred, along with knowledge of big data tools like HADOOP.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail.Ability to manage projects, develop reports, and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Additional expertise in healthcare applications and data processing solutions is advantageous.
