Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and current operational procedures to improve Business Intelligence and Reporting applications and interfaces.
- Interact appropriately with clients to assist with the installation, configuration, training, operation, customization, and troubleshooting of the Business Intelligence and Reporting.
- Knowledge of ETL , Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence tools, technologies, architecture in order to support the development of client reports, dashboard and interfaces.
- Install, configure, upgrade and tune Business Intelligence and ETL software to ensure that the tools functions optimally.
- Create adequate documentation of interfaces, reports and applications.
- Proactively manages change through existing change management processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education And/or Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and three to five years of related work experience.
- Language Ability: Excellent client facing skills including exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Computation Ability: Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Reasoning Ability: Detail oriented, results focused, possesses effective written and verbal communication skills, and be able to support change management initiatives.

Computer Skills
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and tools with minimum 1-2 years of SQL development.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and design.
- Knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, techniques and tools used for Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Reporting (such as SSRS , SSAS ).
- Knowledge of BI tools (such as WebFocus, Power BI).
- Knowledge of ETL tools (such as SSIS).
