DATA ARCHITECT ANALYST

Duties And Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and current operational procedures to improve Business Intelligence and Reporting applications and interfaces.
• Interact appropriately with clients to assist with the installation, configuration, training, operation, customization, and troubleshooting of the Business Intelligence and Reporting.
• Knowledge of ETL , Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence tools, technologies, architecture in order to support the development of client reports, dashboard and interfaces.
• Install, configure, upgrade and tune Business Intelligence and ETL software to ensure that the tools functions optimally.
• Create adequate documentation of interfaces, reports and applications.
• Proactively manages change through existing change management processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education And/or Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and three to five years of related work experience.
• Language Ability: Excellent client facing skills including exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Computation Ability: Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Reasoning Ability: Detail oriented, results focused, possesses effective written and verbal communication skills, and be able to support change management initiatives.

Computer Skills

• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and tools with minimum 1-2 years of SQL development.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and design.
• Knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, techniques and tools used for Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Reporting (such as SSRS , SSAS ).
• Knowledge of BI tools (such as WebFocus, Power BI).
• Knowledge of ETL tools (such as SSIS).
