Responsibilities
- Participate in classroom training to deepen knowledge in specific professional skills as well as banking and fintech concepts.
- Learn the core business activities of a commercial & consumer bank.
- Complete projects within assigned track in a timely manner and collaborate effectively across teams within the Data-Analytics, Technology and Transformation organizations.
- Work on transformational projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Follow best practices and standards for coding, testing, documentation, and security.
- Develop data-driven presentations.
- Under Management’s direction, learn to manage projects, completing specific assigned tasks.
- Analyze, organize, and use data & insights to support decision making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics/Data Science, or related field.
- Academic or internship-based knowledge of databases, web services, cloud computing, security and project management.
Skills
- Must have proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, or machine learning is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies such as Git, Agile, or Scrum.
