Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the business segment lead for a portfolio of data and analytics products, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities to support business objectives and maximize value delivery.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of data, analytics, reporting, and automation solutions, including dashboards, data products, and workflow applications.
- Guide and influence cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, governed, and business-aligned solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and continuously improve product capabilities and user experience.
- Contribute to solution design, prototyping, and development activities as needed while maintaining awareness of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years’ experience with BI applications; decision support systems, query and reporting, online analytical processing, statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining.
- At least 5 years’ experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data.
- At least 9 years’ experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.

- Product ownership, roadmap management, prioritization, and delivery of data and analytics products.
- Business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and workflow automation solutions.
- Stakeholder engagement, requirements management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Agile, Scrum, or iterative product delivery methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance tactical execution with long-term product strategy.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into practical data and analytics solutions.
Working Knowledge
- Business intelligence and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Workflow automation and low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Modern data and analytics platforms, including cloud-based and traditional data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Services, SQL Server).
- Data modeling, semantic layer design, reporting, and analytics solution development.
- Data governance, data quality, and information management practices.
