Data & Analytics Manager

About the role

The Manager, Oracle Data & Analytics, leads the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) to support data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Oracle-based analytics and AI solutions, including custom data marketplaces and data products.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, data modeling, and best practices for Oracle FDI, AIDP, and ADL.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, data sources, and analytic needs.
• Create documentation, training materials, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Maintain awareness of Oracle features, industry trends, and collaborate with functional teams to assess business process impacts.
• Lead and manage project tasks, deliverables, risks, and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of recent experience with Fusion Data Intelligence in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Human Capital Management; experience with AIDP and ADL preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS preferred.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of Oracle SaaS modules.
• Excellent communication skills to lead analytic requirements and strategy sessions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
