Accountabilities
- Oversight of enterprise data management, analytics strategy, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Ensuring data quality, accessibility, and governance while partnering with stakeholders to deliver insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Own and manage enterprise data strategy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to create dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that support informed decision-making.
- Design and maintain executive reporting solutions that highlight business trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Build and manage data inventories, documentation, and mapping frameworks to improve visibility into enterprise data assets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define data architecture, models, integrations, and scalable solutions for future growth.
- Gather, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure reliable analytics and reporting.
- Develop visualizations, self-service analytics tools, and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Establish data governance standards, definitions, and documentation practices to improve trust and consistency.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize data initiatives effectively.
- Continuously improve analytics processes, reporting capabilities, and data solutions to increase organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experienced data and analytics professional with strong business intelligence expertise and the ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, data science, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable platforms.
- Proven ability to design and maintain executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, data modeling, governance, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience working with SQL, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data platforms.
- Strong data cleaning, transformation, and analysis skills to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying business needs.
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
