POSITION TITLE Data Analytics Intern – Summer 2027 POSITION LOCATION This hybrid position is located in Richmond, Virginia. YOUR ROLE At Genworth and CareScout, we see your data-driven and analytic mindsets and encourage you to apply to our Data Analytics Intern program. Beginning in Summer 2027, our 11-week internship provides students with valuable experience needed for a successful beginning to any data analytics career. Our interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets that drive business decisions and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of dashboards and reporting tools, performing detailed data validation, and supporting the implementation of analytics projects to enhance operational efficiency. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance and care management sectors while contributing to impactful projects that shape the future of our organizations. National Range: $23.00-$26.00/hour Disclaimer: This role is aligned to a national market-based pay range. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan. Incentive compensation is based on individual and company performance and is not guaranteed.
