Data Analyst Sr - Level 3

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, related field considered.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas, NumPy) or R.
• Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance per business requirements, Interim clearance required to start.

Job Description

You will be the Data Analyst Sr - Level 3 for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team which is responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources while maintaining data integrity and documentation.
• Perform exploratory analysis, develop statistical models, and create forecasts to support business planning.
• Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Translate technical findings into concise business recommendations and collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and leaders.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to data-governance best practices to improve workflow efficiency.
