About the Opportunity:The DATA ANALYST role is focused on transforming raw data into actionable insights that support smarter business decisions and enhance member services. This position plays a crucial role in monitoring key performance indicators, delivering data-driven recommendations, and collaborating across teams to optimize operational and revenue outcomes. Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insightsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership decision-makingMonitor KPIs related to membership, revenue, and operationsCollaborate with teams to define data needs and provide actionable recommendationsDevelop and optimize SQL queries and data models for reportingPresent findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related fieldProficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIExperience in data analysis, reporting, and statistical modelingStrong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailAbility to communicate complex data insights clearly and conciselyExperience with Python or R is a plusSelf-starter capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
