Data Analyst/QA Analyst

A remote contract position located in Plano, TX.

About the role

The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, system quality, and application reliability through comprehensive testing, analysis, and platform support activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing activities across Salesforce, banking, logistics, and enterprise applications to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, database, and API testing while identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution.
• Support Salesforce administration activities, including user management, reporting, workflows, platform support, and Resource Management/PPM processes.
• Analyze application data and SQL databases to validate business requirements, data accuracy, and system functionality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analysis, Salesforce Administration, and Enterprise Application Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Manual and Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, SQL, and API Testing.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator with experience supporting Salesforce platform administration, user management, reporting, workflows, defect management, and end-to-end testing in enterprise environments.

Pay

$45.00 to $49.00 per hour (rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors).
