Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Design & Maintain BI Dashboards: Develop, publish, and refine interactive Tableau reporting suites to track core product performance and user engagement metrics.Drive Product & Marketing Insights: Collaborate with product marketing teams to analyze user adoption trends, evaluate campaign reach, and measure feature release success.Automate Core Workflows: Streamline manual reporting procedures, optimizing operational efficiency around platform usage and provider workflow tracking.Perform Advanced SQL & Ad-Hoc Analytics: Write robust queries to validate data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and deliver fast-turnaround analytical support for product managers. Here’s what our ideal candidate has: Proven Track Record: 2 to 4 years of experience delivering impactful business intelligence, product operations, or data analytics solutions.Strong Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in SQL querying paired with hands-on expertise building and deploying Tableau dashboards.Spreadsheet & Tool Expertise: Advanced Excel modeling skills alongside familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess.Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach to converting ambiguous stakeholder questions into clear, structured reporting.
